Yes. All providers on the RoadNation platform are required to hold valid vehicle recovery insurance and public liability cover. We verify documentation before they can accept jobs.
You can cancel free of charge within 5 minutes of a provider accepting your job. After that, a distance-based cancellation fee may apply based on how far the provider has already travelled.

Register as a Service Provider on our website. You will need to upload your driving licence, vehicle insurance, MOT certificate, and recovery insurance. Once verified by our team, you can start accepting jobs.
